Do You Have Seasonal Allergies? You Should’ve Already Started Medication

If you’re like me, you live in the Central Savannah River Area and suffer from seasonal allergies. If that describes you, it’s past time to start taking allergy medication.

Typically, pollen begins to increase in February in the Augusta area, and sometimes sooner, depending on the weather. According to pollen.com, pollen in our area is already in the medium category. Expected rainfall on Wednesday should temporarily knock pollen counts back into the low category, however.

Of course, talk to your doctor about which medication(s) you should or should not take to help control your allergy symptoms. For more information about how to avoid or reduce symptoms, watch this short video:
